Terms of Service

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and haatlabs, a sole proprietorship based in India ("we"). They cover this website and our products: Catalogpix, Catalogscout, MarginLedger and the haatlabs API (the "services"). By using a service you accept these terms. If you use a service for a business, you accept them for that business.

Accounts

You must give a working email address and keep access to it, since that is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your organization. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

Plans and billing

• Each product has a free plan and paid plans. The plan's page in the product shows its price and limits.
• Paid plans of our apps are billed in advance through Stripe, Razorpay or, inside Shopify, through Shopify's billing. They renew until you cancel. With Stripe or Razorpay, cancelling stops the next renewal and the current period stays paid and usable. Inside Shopify, cancelling ends the plan at once, as Shopify cancels.
• The haatlabs API is sold through RapidAPI, under RapidAPI's terms and billing. An invalid request (4xx) counts against your quota; a request we fail to serve (5xx) does not.
• Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects a plan you pay for.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send spam or malware, to try to get around limits or security, to overload them, or to resell them without our written permission. You must have the right to use the images, text and documents you give us and to publish what you add to your store.

Your data

Your store data, files and results stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the services, as our Privacy Policy describes.

AI and automatic results

Some features use AI models and automatic rules to find images, write text, read invoices and compare data. Their output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it. Where a product lets you turn on automatic changes, you choose to do so and remain responsible for what is published in your store and for your books.

Other services

The services work with Shopify, marketplaces such as Amazon, payment providers and RapidAPI. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them. Information read from marketplaces may be incomplete or out of date.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the services running but do not promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may change or retire features; if we retire a product you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any unused prepaid period.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using a service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it; where we can, we will tell you first and let you export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. For a significant change we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Using a service after that means you accept the new terms.
