Haatlabs platform docs
The Haatlabs platform is the set of TypeScript packages our own apps (Catalogpix, Catalogscout and MarginLedger) are built on, published under @haatlabs with the Apache-2.0 licence. One command makes a new app with everything they have:
- sign-in by emailed code, API keys, organizations and roles;
- plans and metered billing through Stripe, Razorpay or Shopify;
- Postgres with row-level security, Redis queues, object storage and email;
- logging, metrics and tracing, and a React dashboard;
- an administrators' dashboard;
- a server of your own: Postgres, Redis and HTTPS through Caddy, deployed with one command.
The expensive work (Amazon lookups, image search, background removal and AI product copy) is a paid service, the haatlabs API, which an app calls with one key.
Where to start
- Getting started: make an app and run it on your machine.
- Kinds of app: a web app, a Shopify app, or a browser extension of one.
- Deploying: your app on a server of your own.
- Packages: each package, what it does and how to install it.
The platform is in beta: see Versions for what a version number promises.
